From Wall Street broker, to horse woman, to author, to motivational speaker, animal rescuer, to counselor, to doctor, to screenplay writer, to student, to corporate spokesperson, to teacher, to mother, to CEO, to Stress Queen, to mindful living expert, I have been blessed and lucky to have led more lives than most could imagine. Sometimes people ask me when or how I found the time to sleep. I could simply tell them “by achieving a great work-live balance”, but instead I generally answer, “Every night; a full 8 hours”.
